Description:The Kit is for the quantitative determination of Carboxypeptidase B in final product which is produced using Carboxypeptidase B in manufacture process. The assay range is 5~500ng/ml.
Principle of the test
The Carboxypeptidase B test uses a double-antibody sandwich ELISA to analyze the residual amount of Carboxypeptidase B in samples. First add sample to 96-well plate pre-coated with one Carboxypeptidase B specific antibody to capture available Carboxypeptidase B in solution. Standards and samples are added to the wells, and any Carboxypeptidase B present binds to the immobilized antibody. The wells are washed and HRP conjugated anti-Carboxypeptidase B antibody is added, producing an antibody-antigen-antibody “sandwich”. The wells are again washed and HRP substrate solution is added. When stopping solution is added, it produces a yellow color. Its intensity proportionally correlates to the concentration of the Carboxypeptidase B in samples.

Storage
When received the kit, Carboxypeptidase B standard and HRP-conjugated Ab are placed at -20℃, other compents are stored at 4℃.
