Name:Mmacrolides Esterase
Description:

Description
Macrolides esterase (also known as azithromycinase) is a kind of recombinant enzyme obtained by genetic engineering technology. Through the construction of a highly efficient expression E.coli strain and fermentation, purification, a high purity and high activity product is obtained. It hydrolyzes the macrolide ring of macrolide antibiotics and inactivates erythromycin, roxithromycin, azithromycin and other macrolide antibiotics to lose anti-microbial activity.
