Description

        Cenase (full name Cephalosporinase, also named β-lactamase type Ⅱ，EC 3.5.2.6），can hydrolyze β- lactam antibiotic β-lactam ring, which makes it loses its anti-microbial activity. This product is a recombinant enzyme obtained by genetic engineering technology. Through the construction of a highly efficient expression E.coli strain of cephalosporinase and fermentation, purification, a high purity and high activity product is obtained. Cenase is characterized by strong specificity and effectively hydrolyze β-Lactam ring of cephalosporins, cefadroxil, cefradine, cefaclor, cefuroxime, cefixime, cefoperazone, cefotaxime, ceftriaxone, etc.
